工作经历

科研方向

(1)材料的晶体生长和新材料探索。主要包括拓扑绝缘体、拓扑超导体、拓扑半金属、非常规超导体、二维材料、热电材料、光电材料等等。利用熔融法、助溶剂法、化学气相输运法、布里奇曼法、电化学法等单晶制备方法合成高质量的单晶材料,并利用XRD、SEM、EDX、TEM、ICP、XPS等技术手段对材料进行基本表征。

(2)材料的物理性质以及物性与结构、微结构相关联研究。利用PPMS、MPMS等设备研究材料的电学、磁学、热力学等性质。并结合XRD和TEM研究技术研究材料物理性质和结构、微结构之间的关联。

(3)纳米材料的生长和基本表征。利用VLS法、气相输运法、气相反应法等生长技术合成拓扑材料纳米线、纳米柱、纳米片等纳米材料。并用XRD、SEM、TEM等研究技术对纳米材料进行表征。

(4)合作研究。为国内外知名课题组提供高质量样品,开展合作研究,主要涉及ARPES、STM、光谱、结构与微结构、器件微纳加工与应用等等。

学术成就

  至今以第一作者或主要合作者在Nature Physics, Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, Physical Review X, Science Advances, Nano Letters, Chemistry of Materials, Physical Review B 等国际重要学术期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,文章被引用1000多次。美国化学学会和欧洲应用超导学会会员。代表性工作有:
